Gizlilik Politikası
Bu politika, AidatPlus apartman ve site yönetimi uygulamasının ("Uygulama") hangi kişisel verileri hangi amaçla işlediğini açıklar. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve uygulanabildiği ölçüde GDPR esas alınmıştır.
1. Veri sorumlusu ve iletişim
AidatPlus geliştiricisi. Her türlü soru ve talebiniz için: salihpostaci@icloud.com
2. İşlenen veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: ad soyad, e-posta, isteğe bağlı telefon ve şifrenizin geri döndürülemez özeti. Apple veya Google ile girişte bu sağlayıcıların paylaştığı ad ve e-posta.
- Apartman ve daire bilgileri: apartman adı, adresi, tahsilat IBAN'ı; daire no, kat, malik/kiracı durumu.
- Mali kayıtlar: aidat borçları, ödemeler, yüklediğiniz dekont fotoğrafları, yöneticinin girdiği giderler ve fiş/fatura görselleri.
- Topluluk içerikleri: duyurular, anket ve yönetici seçimi oyları, arıza/talep bildirimleri ve fotoğrafları.
- Abonelik: Yönetici aboneliği Apple App Store üzerinden alınır. Kart veya ödeme bilgilerinizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız.
Uygulamada reklam, reklam kimliği, üçüncü taraf analiz veya izleme aracı yoktur. Konumunuz ve rehberiniz okunmaz. Kamera ve fotoğraf erişimi yalnızca siz dekont, fiş veya arıza fotoğrafı eklerken, izninizle kullanılır.
3. İşleme amaçları ve hukuki sebep
- Apartman yönetiminin yürütülmesi: aidat tahakkuku, tahsilat, gider ve kasa takibi (sözleşmenin ifası, KVKK m.5/2-c).
- Kat Mülkiyeti Kanunu kapsamındaki yönetim ve hesap verme yükümlülükleri (hukuki yükümlülük, m.5/2-ç).
- Hesabınızın güvenliği ve hizmetin sürekliliği (meşru menfaat, m.5/2-f).
4. Verilerinizi kimler görebilir?
- Borcunuzu, ekstrenizi ve ödemelerinizi yalnızca siz ve apartman yöneticisi görür; diğer sakinlere gösterilmez.
- Adınız komşulara varsayılan olarak kapalıdır; profilinizden açabilirsiniz.
- Apartman kasası, toplam gelir-gider ve gider fişleri şeffaflık için o apartmanın sakinlerine açıktır.
- Verileriniz satılmaz, kiralanmaz ve pazarlama amacıyla kimseyle paylaşılmaz. Yalnızca yasal zorunluluk halinde yetkili makamlarla paylaşılabilir.
5. Saklama ve güvenlik
Veriler geliştiricinin kontrolündeki sunucularda saklanır ve HTTPS ile şifreli bağlantı üzerinden aktarılır. Şifreler yalnızca geri döndürülemez özet olarak tutulur. Veriler hesabınız açık olduğu sürece saklanır.
6. Hesap silme
Hesabınızı uygulama içinden Profil (yöneticiler için Diğer) → Hesabımı sil adımıyla kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Ad, e-posta, telefon ve giriş bilgileriniz kalıcı olarak silinir, tüm oturumlarınız kapatılır. Apartmanın muhasebe bütünlüğü ve diğer kat maliklerinin hakları için geçmiş aidat ve ödeme kayıtları kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmeden (anonim olarak) korunur. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız salihpostaci@icloud.com adresine yazarak silme talep edebilirsiniz.
7. Haklarınız (KVKK m.11 / GDPR)
Verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zarar halinde giderim talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi salihpostaci@icloud.com adresine iletebilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
8. Çocuklar
Uygulama 18 yaş altı kişilere yönelik değildir.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfadadır.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains which personal data the AidatPlus building and community management app (the "App") processes and why. It is based on the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
1. Data controller and contact
The developer of AidatPlus. For any question or request: salihpostaci@icloud.com
2. Data we process
- Account data: full name, email, optional phone number and a one-way hash of your password. With Sign in with Apple or Google, the name and email shared by that provider.
- Building and unit data: building name, address and collection IBAN; unit number, floor, owner/tenant status.
- Financial records: dues charges, payments, receipt photos you upload, expenses and receipt/invoice images entered by the manager.
- Community content: announcements, poll and manager election votes, issue/request reports and photos.
- Subscription: The manager subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store. We never see or store your card or payment details.
The App contains no ads, advertising identifiers, or third-party analytics or tracking tools. We do not read your location or contacts. Camera and photo access is used only when you add a receipt or issue photo, with your permission.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Running the building management: dues, collections, expenses and fund tracking (performance of a contract).
- Management and accounting obligations under the Turkish Condominium Law (legal obligation).
- Account security and service continuity (legitimate interest).
4. Who can see your data?
- Your debt, statement and payments are visible only to you and the building manager, never to other residents.
- Your name is hidden from neighbours by default; you can show it from your profile.
- The building fund, total income/expenses and expense receipts are visible to the residents of that building for transparency.
- Your data is never sold, rented or shared for marketing. It may be disclosed to authorities only where required by law.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on servers controlled by the developer and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Data is kept while your account is active.
6. Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account in the app via Profile (More for managers) → Delete my account. Your name, email, phone and sign-in details are permanently deleted and all sessions are signed out. To preserve the building's accounting integrity and the rights of other owners, past dues and payment records are kept without being linked to your identity (anonymised). If you cannot access the app, email salihpostaci@icloud.com to request deletion.
7. Your rights
You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information, correction or deletion, to object, and to claim compensation for damages. Send requests to salihpostaci@icloud.com; we respond within 30 days.
8. Children
The App is not intended for people under 18.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated; significant changes are announced in the app. The current version is always on this page.
